Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Adrian, Michigan will incur an additional fee of $1.00 per mile, calculated round trip. In addition, any necessary travel-related expenses, including but not limited to lodging, airfare, tolls, and parking, shall be the responsibility of the Client and will be invoiced accordingly, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Travel/mileage expenses are NOT included in the initial online booking fee; any applicable travel charges will be calculated by the Photographer and reflected in a revised invoice, which shall be added to the Client’s remaining balance.
