how it works
step 1
The coach will schedule a day/time/location for photos. Indoor locations are preferred, but not required. Coach and I will then discuss design options. I will send design examples to get a general idea of what coach wants for the team. Team logo and any other sponsor logos need to be email to me at this point.
step 2
The day of the shoot. The session will take about an hour (time based on a 12 player team). We will arrive around 15-20 minutes early to set-up our equipment. Payments from the coach and players are due the day of the shoot unless otherwise specified.
step 3
I will design one individual player poster and send it to coach to be proofed. Once the design approved, I will then design the rest of the team posters along with the team photo and banner.
step 4
The coach will receive a link to the online gallery. Once all is approved by the coach, I will place the order for the
3' x 6' banner and the player posters. The coach will then be free to share the gallery link with the parents where they can download high-res jpg of their child's posters.
frequently asked questions
Do parents see all of their child's photos that are taken during the photo session?
Unfortunately, no. We tend to take hundreds of photos during the session and they are all in RAW format. It would also severely slow down the production process of the overall job.
do you use pre-made templates
for the final designs?
Nope. All designs are customized to fit the style and colors of the team. We do show pre-made designs during the consultation with the coach just to get an idea of what design style they are looking for.
What if the parents want multiple posters with different poses?
Not a problem! There is a $15 fee for each additional poster that is created. The overall design will stay the same, but there would be multiple versions in the final gallery for the parent. We do however choose what poses work best in the composition of the posters and team photo/banner.
What if a parent doesn't want to pay for their child's poster?
It is not required that a parent pay for the player poster. Their child will still receive a 17" x 11" team poster as they are provided for every player on the team.
where do the photo sessions
take place?
We don't have a studio location at this time, so we'll come to you! Indoor locations work best as we have equipment that use outlets and it allows us to have more control of lighting. The weather can also negatively effect the process. We set-up a backdrop and lighting equipment that the wind could potentially knock over.
We've had the best outcome in places such as churches, garages, out buildings, barns, sporting arenas, high schools, pavilions, etc.
We are able to come to the field if an indoor location is not possible.
How and when do I pay for my child's poster? and what is the turnaround time?
Please bring either cash or a check on the day of the photoshoot. Please make check out to:

The turnaround time for posters and banner is about two weeks. Every parent should receive a link to the online gallery from the coach within two weeks of the photoshoot.
